Out in the field
- Residential Plumbing Technician
- This is a full-time role as a Plumber Technician located in San Jose, CA. As a Plumber Technician, you will be responsible for performing plumbing repairs and installations in mostly residential settings. You will also be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting plumbing issues and for communicating effectively with clients and other team members.
In the office
- Residential Plumbing CSR/Dispatcher
- This is a full-time hybrid role as a Plumbing Company CSR/Dispatcher. The role is primarily located in San Jose, CA, with some flexibility for remote work. Plumbtree Plumbing & Rooter will consider a full-time remote position if the desired skill set is fulfilled. The primary responsibilities of the role include providing excellent customer service to clients, coordinating service requests with plumbers and clients, dispatching plumbers to job sites, managing job schedules, and maintaining customer records.
